Cheese Festival (“Mantamadiotiko Glendi”) at Mantamados

The annual Cheese Festival takes place every August at Mantamados, a locale with a long tradition in dairy products. It takes place at the courtyard of the Multipurpose Center of Mantamados as the visitors taste locally-made cheeses, olives, tomatoes and hot casseroles prepared by the local ladies. Local music groups and the Village Association dancers entertain the guests.
