ELIA Lesvos confest

ELIA Lesvos confest was created on the initiative of the “Elaias Nisos Lesvos” Cultural Association and is an innovative multi-themed event combining the scientific rigor of a convention and the cultural character of a festival. The festival has four main aspects: education, the environment, gastronomy and culture. However, the main theme of the Festival is first and foremost the olive, the Lesvian product par excellence and a token of the historic identify of this island. In the ELIA Lesvos confest many leading Greek and international scientists participate who are willing to share their expertise, knowledge on olive cultural tourism and olive-related topics connected to fields, such as health, nutrition, gastronomy, technology etc.
