Haramida

Haramida Beach is located 14 km away from Mytilini. This is the point of attraction for many island visitors since it is a beach of exquisite beauty with crystal-clear waters, ideal for many hours of swimming. Both the shore zone and the sea bottom are covered with mid-sized pebbles. The beach zone has a few seaside dunes and sparse vegetation consisting in tamarisk trees, phrygana and reed beds. Only one part of the beach is occupied by organized beach installations, such as umbrellas, recliner beach chairs, showers, rest rooms, changing booths and many trash cans, along with refreshment points, beach bars, fast food cantinas, the ideal place for many bathers especially in the summer months.
