Nyfida

Nyfida Beach is close to the town of Polichnitos. This is a picturesque beach lying along the course of the shore road with many seafood tavernas serving ouzo, cafeterias and rooms to let. The beach and the sea bottom are both covered with sand. It has fine organization with bathing services infrastructure, including showers, changing booths, umbrellas, recliner beach chairs, trash cans and containers. Bathers may be served at the numerous restaurants and refreshment stands along the seafront and the town itself. The surrounding area consists of farmlands, some low vegetation and the dispersed urban settlement of Nyfida. At a distance of about 150 m to the east of the beach, there is a fishing marina servicing small recreational boats.
