The Women’s Agrotourist Cooperative at Mesotopos

The Women’s Agrotourist Cooperative at Mesotopos was founded in December 1998 through the initiative of 25 local ladies, the cooperation of the Social Intervention of Mesotopos and the Agricultural Service of the Prefectural Local Government of Lesvos. This is a steadily growing enterprise with dynamic prospects and solid reliability in the Lesvian market. The basic products made by the Cooperative women are products drawn from traditional recipes, with no additives or preservatives, such as sweet fruit and vegetable preserves, baked sweet pies, marmalades, liqueurs, homemade pasta and many other delicacies.
