The Women’s Agrotourist Cooperative at Skalohori

The year 2000 is the year of foundation for the Women’s Agrotourist Cooperative at Skalohori supported by the Municipality of Kalloni with an initial membership of 49 ladies. The main concept of this cooperative was to help women boost household incomes and make their community famous around the world. The Cooperative products may be obtained at select vendors in Mytilini and the Cooperative shop at Skalohori. The main products prepared here are sweet fruit and vegetable preserves, sweet baked goods, rusks, cookies, liqueurs and puff pastry.
